Purpose: The Seed Germinator is a machine used in laboratories for germination of seeds. They are specially designed growth chambers that use a combination of temperature, humidity, and light to create an artificial environment responsible for seed germination. It is important to have these chambers in crop production.

6. The exterior illumination is controlled by five levels (0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%).

8. Temperature range: 5°C to 60°C.
9. Temperature accuracy in °C: ± 0.5°C to ±1ᵒC.
10. Temperature uniformity in °C.: ±2ᵒC.
11. Temperature sensor: PT-100 temperature sensor is used for sensing the temperature.
12. Humidity: Natural humidity with water inside.
13. Humidity Range: 40% RH to 90% RH ± 3% RH.
14. Humidity sensor: Non condensing type.
15. Heating System: Heating is done by U shaped tubular air heaters.
16. Compressor: heavy duty hermetically sealed, low noise, low vibration compressor air cooled refrigeration system. CFC-FREE, HCFC-free refrigerants.
17. Illumination: For illumination, we use fluorescent or LED light.
18. Light timer: 24x7 weekly digital timer.
19. Type of shelves/Tray: Removable/fixed.
20. Evaporator: Finned tube evaporator for faster cooling effects.
21. Material of shelves: Stainless steel wire mesh / Stainless Steel Perforated Tray/Shelves.
22. Door: Solid outer door with lock and key and acrylic glass inner door.
23. Operator can have full view of the samples in the chamber without disrupting the culture condition.
24. Air circulation: Air circulation is mandatory to spread uniform temperature inside the chamber for this we use axial fans or motorized blower system.
25. Castors: Heavy duty wheel for easy movement.
26. Power Supply: 220 V, 50 Hz Single Phases.
