Autoclave

Purpose: Cylindrical Autoclave, also known as front-loading sterilizers, are cylindrical in shape and are extensively used in hospitals, Operation Theaters (OT), and microbiology laboratories for the sterilization of medical equipment and cultures. The design of Cylindrical Autoclaves is straight forward and easy to comprehend. These autoclaves feature a radial locking mechanism located at the top of the lid, which allows for easy opening and closing. This combination of features makes cylindrical autoclaves a preferred choice for sterilization purposes in various healthcare settings.

2. Inner chamber: SS 304 with full argon welding.

3. External chamber: Stainless Steel 304 Grade Corrosion Resistant.

4. LID: SS 304 w.

5. Radial locking system: Chrome plated MS.

6. Sterilizer Chamber Type: Cylindrical type.

7. Steam supply to sterilizer: Built-in electrically heated Steam Generator (made of SS 316 (AISI 316) with low water protection system).

8. Working Temperature: -121°C ± 1°C (Accuracy).

9. Pressure: 15 PSI.

10. Controller: The temperature is controlled by a microprocessor based P.I.D. controller or digital temperature controller with an indicator.

11. Sensor: PT100.

12. Power supply: Work with 3 phase 400/440 V 50 Hz AC supply.
