1. Construction: Triple walled, inside and outside mild steel painted in dark chocolate color & trays are made of Aluminum having size 800 x 400 x 30mm.

Controller: Microprocessor Electronic Digital temperature indicator cum controller.
3. Temperature sensor: PT-100 temperature sensor is used for sensing the temperature.
4. Position of Heating Element: both side of the oven.
